JZ Consultants ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and the details of your enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our form provider, Web3Forms. We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Google Map may set its own cookies when it loads.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law and HMRC require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@jzconsultants.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
